Information you provide
When you submit a service request, we collect your name, contact details, service location, preferred date, requested service, and the job details you choose to share. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use your information to review the job, contact you about your request, arrange service, and keep a record of the request. When booking email notifications are enabled, the website sends an acknowledgment to your email address and a request alert to the business. These messages are processed by the business’s email provider. Submitting a request does not sign you up for marketing messages.
Storage and access
Requests are stored by the website and are available through a protected business inbox. When customer-management connections are enabled, request details are also sent to Zoho Bigin for customer and job management, and contact details are sent to Invoice Ninja for estimates and billing. Payments made through an invoice are handled by the connected payment provider; the website booking form does not collect card details. The website’s hosting platform also processes the technical information needed to serve and secure the site.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not add advertising trackers. The hosting platform may use cookies for secure access and sign-in. Forest photography is served as a local website asset.
